I love to run.  When I am running, I feel alive and free.  Running makes me feel invincible.


Running is an awesome aerobic exercise and the perfect way to relieve stress after a long day.  It's also a great way to truly tune in and listen your body - every muscle, every joint - and become aware of your total health.


I didn't always love to run.  It used to kill my knees.  By learning better form and finding the right pair of shoes, running has become easy and painless.
